'An always hungry, caffeine addict'

That's me, a gym junky, an egg lover with a love for all things fitness-y 'n' healthy.

Sat in a Cornwall campsite I got called a slob... & that's my earliest memory of where this journey all began ... & here I am on a mission to empower and educate women and young girls to achieve through the help of an active & healthy lifestyle.
I started running to lose weight which quickly became a therapy, it lead to me reading more into health and fitness. It wasn't long before I caught the gym bug and started to get hooked on the changes to my body & mind.
I tried most diets you could think of and wasn't getting anywhere. Over the past years, I've spent hours researching, learning and trying different things which i'm so excited to share with you all.

When first starting my fitness journey I felt I had nowhere to go and find tips to stay motivated or just general basic information, so I started this blog to share my experience & most importantly to help you on what can be a difficult journey.

Currently studying BA Fashion, Media & Marketing, I am a qualified level 3 personal trainer and a nutrition coach. 
This blog is the base for me to share everything I've learnt along my fitness and fashion journeys as well as trying to make your journey's as easy as possibly.
